These Terms set out the agreement between VPNEQ and users for the cross-border network acceleration service. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the client, you confirm that you have read and accept the following; if you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Service Scope and Coverage
VPNEQ provides cross-border network acceleration: international routes in multiple regions optimize connectivity for accessing global websites, remote work, cross-border streaming, and AI tools. The network covers 100+ countries and 210+ routes, grouped by region, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets each month on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated into the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — valid until used up, never expire. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
The service does not sell hardware devices and does not grant exclusive use of any route; route names, groupings, and counts may change as operations require, without affecting basic service availability. See the Privacy Policy for how data is collected and used.
Account and Subscription Usage Rules
- Sign-up: no email address required — just choose a username and password. You are responsible for keeping your account details safe, so do not share your password with anyone.
- Devices: a single subscription has no device limit and can be used online at the same time on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
- No resale or sharing: subscriptions are for the purchaser's own use only. You may not resell, rent, or publicly share your account, subscription details, or client configuration, or use them to provide proxy services to third parties.
- Client use: please use the clients provided through official channels. Do not decompile or otherwise modify the client, and do not obtain or distribute subscription details through unofficial channels.
If an account is involved in resale, sharing, or any other breach of the rules above, VPNEQ may suspend or terminate it.
Acceptable Use Requirements
When using the service, you must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and of the place where you use it, as well as these Terms. The service is intended only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration needs.
The following uses are prohibited:
- Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- Distributing information that violates local laws or regulations;
- Attacking, scanning, or gaining unauthorized access to other people's networks, systems, or data;
- Any other activity that violates local laws or regulations.
You are responsible for your own use of the service, and any consequences of misuse are yours to bear.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
The service is provided as available. VPNEQ maintains its routes and clients on an ongoing basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times or on every network.
Interruptions or reduced quality caused by the following are outside the scope of our service commitment:
- Problems with your local network, device, or your ISP's connection;
- Network maintenance, adjustments, or force majeure events in the regions the routes pass through;
- Modifying the client configuration yourself or using an unofficial client;
- Changes to the access policies of the destination website or app itself.
To the extent permitted by law, VPNEQ is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service; any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is unaffected by these Terms.
Refunds and Account Termination
Refunds: you can request a full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through the ticket section in your user panel; once verified, the refund is returned via the original payment method. After a refund is issued, the remaining data and remaining days on that subscription are no longer retained.
Account termination: you can check your subscription status and stop renewals in your user panel. VPNEQ may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: violating the usage rules in these Terms; reselling or publicly sharing a subscription; using the service for illegal purposes; or interfering with or attacking the service through technical means.
If an account is terminated while still within the 14-day refund window after the first payment, a refund can be requested under the terms above.
Changes to These Terms and Contact
These Terms may be updated as the service changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated version is published on this page, and the update date at the top of the page is revised accordingly. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
